With over 20 years of mortgage experience, Nicole understands that knowledge is power, so she continually keeps up to date on the financial markets to better understand the forces that drive interest rates. With the combination of her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail, Nicole has become a vital resource for her clients and lending partners. She has experience with all types of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, manufactured homes, down payment assistance, as well as Jumbo mortgage programs. She took the time to develop a valuable tool for first-time homebuyers called “Road to Homeownership” which provides a detailed map for her clients wishing to purchase their first home.

Nicole is a native Texan and is active in Forney community where she resides. She serves as the 2023 President of the Forney Chamber of Commerce. Nicole is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
